Exchange and return policies

For ready-made abayas

All ready-made abayas will be exchanged and returned within a period not exceeding 3 days of receiving the order.

But there are a number of cases in which the product cannot be returned:

  When using the product

When damaged due to misuse

When it is not in the same condition that you received it

Abayas without price tags, or lacking any of their accessories

For ordering abayas

The order abaya is not returned or exchanged, except in one case, which is when there is an error or damage in the production of the abaya

When returning an order, customers must contact Amart. Within 3 days of receiving the request via email, stating the reason for the return

We will check it fully and inform you via email, within 10 business days or less, whether you are entitled to a refund and credit it

Automatically via bank transfer. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if he wants to exchange the product, and the shipping cost is deducted

in the event of a return request
